We live in an emotional world which in today’s always-on society can create different stressors. We will all experience extreme stress at some point in our lives. We become side tracked with secondary things, distracted by what other people may think, believing that having 'stuff' will make us happy, focusing on the what if's in life - what if this happens, what if that happens, what if I fail, what if I experience pain.
